    Stall Construction Instructions for Outside Designer / Fabricators

    EVENT - TECH VAPI 2026

    Stall Allocation and Installation -
    Stall holders with bare space stalls or those seeking early stall allocation can secure their positions from December 20, 2026 after 9 am.

    December 22nd After 12 pm is designated as a Blank Day, during which no stall designers are permitted to erect stalls on the exhibition premises.

    Extra Power and Equipment -
    All bare space stall holders must apply for Extra Power for their stalls (1 kW to 3 kW).
    Arrangements for forklift and hydra crane services for heavy machinery loading & unloading are available at additional charges.

    Post-Exhibition Procedures -
    After the exhibition concludes , no vehicles are allowed before 8:30 PM.
    Materials may be hand-carried after 7 PM, while hydra and forklift services are permitted after 9:30 PM.
    Stall designers may dismantle their stalls on 26th December 2026
    Security Deposit for Stall Construction -
    Stall designers not empanelled with our Exhibition involved in the construction of bare space or shell schemes is required to pay a security deposit via NEFT /RTGS -

    Prime Location Two Side Open Stall 10% extra.
    Prime Location Three Side Open Stall 20% extra.
    GST & other statutory levies will be extra.

    Back walls of stalls cannot exceed 8 feet, and front fascia walls must not exceed 12 feet.


    Possession of the Bare stall will not be granted without the payment of the security deposit of :
    Rs. 15,000/- minimum and it changes depending on number of stalls.


    Forfeiture Clause
    • The Security Deposit of ₹15,000/- (or applicable amount) will be forfeited without refund if the Stall Designer fails to dismantle the stall structure and remove all stall materials from the venue premises on or before 26th December 2026.

    Note: As per venue partner policy for TECH VAPI 2026, heavy vehicles are not permitted inside the exhibition venue. Exhibitors must unload heavy materials at the material entry gate (2nd Gate) and transfer them to their stalls through the Organizers' Transit Partner (Crane or Hydra services). Charges will apply based on the materials being transported. For heavy machinery loading & unloading, Hydra cranes will be available on a chargeable basis

      Exhibit Removal :    25th December 2026, 7:00 PM onwards
    Exhibition Timing: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

    FOR STALL ALLOCATION :

    Transfer of material/goods will not be allowed during exhibition.

    Deadline to complete exhibit transfer and stall decoration before 9:00 PM on 22nd December 2026.
